Q. I placed an order yesterday and now I want to cancel it.  What should I do?
A.
Orders are generally processed around 10am GMT, Monday through Friday.  If we haven't processed your order yet, you can still cancel it.  Unfortunately, we haven't implemented this feature on the site yet, so please contact us with your order number and/or account number and we will take care of it for you.

Q.
How do I search for a product?
A. You can enter a model name (such as 'jewel' or 'serenity') or an article number (such as '3204' or '820') in the product search field at the upper right of the web shop page.  Alternatively, you can select a category on the left side of the of the shop ('footwear' or 'footbeds') and browse through our entire catalog.

Q. Where can I get important forms and documents?
A. You will see a list of forms and documents on the webshop homepage immediately after you log in to your account.  If you are looking for a form that is not listed, please contact us and let us know so that we can add it in the future.

Q. I just finished placing an order and want to make a change.  Can I modify an order that has been submitted?
A. Yes, as long as your order has not been released to our warehouse.  Go to your account page and select pending orders.  You should see a link labeled 'edit' next to the order that you just submitted.  Generally, your order will be processed the morning after submission, at which point the 'edit' link will no longer be active.

Q. In the webshop, what does the date below an out of stock item mean?
A. This date is in reference to the expected delivery date from our factory.  If you place an order for an out of stock item, we will generally process and ship it to you within 2 business days of its arrival in our warehouse.

Q. Is there a way to place an order for multiple SKU's all at once?
A. We are planning on adding a 'Quick Order' feature that will allow you to order multiple SKU's at once by filling out a simple form in the webshop.  Unfortunately, we don't have an exact timeline for this yet.  Check back for updates over the next few weeks.
